Atisha KMC holds regular classes in local towns (see below) consisting of teachings and guided meditations. We also occasionally hold taster classes in other towns – sign up for our newsletter and follow us on social media for updates.
These introductory classes begin with a simple guided meditation to reduce stress, tension and distractions. This is followed by a short teaching on how to apply Buddhist principles to daily life, followed by a second meditation and an opportunity to ask questions and discuss with others.
You don’t need any previous experience to attend these classes.
Everyone is welcome to attend any class – no need to book, just come along.
£7 per class or four classes for £21 (free for monthly members)
Come and feel uplifted not just by the class but also by the company.
How to Transform Your Life
These classes are based on the book ‘How to Transform Your Life’ by modern-day Buddhist Master Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.
Through practising the instructions presented in this book we can transform our life from a state of misery into one of pure and everlasting happiness. These instructions are scientific methods to improve our human nature. Everybody needs to be good-natured with a good heart, because in this way we can solve our own problems as well as those of others, and we can make our human life meaningful.
This book is available to buy at our classes and you can download the eBook for FREE here
