Wellbeing Group Walks
These social events are a fantastic way to get to know people and explore the beautiful countryside we have in this area. Most of our walks will be suitable for children and dogs but if you’re unsure just get in touch. Sometimes we might do a spontaneous, short meditation if the location and weather allow for it!
If you have somewhere you think we should visit then please let us know.
Meet-up points/times and lift-shares will be announced nearer the time but make sure to keep the following Sundays free.
