These drop in classes are taught by a qualified Kadampa Teacher. Each class consists of two guided meditations, a talk and discussion – learn practical techniques to increase energy and enthusiasm in daily life. Everyone is welcome and can join at any time.
These are all drop-in classes, there is no need to book.
