Meditation in the Park (free)
11:30am – 12 noon The Bandstand, South Park, Darlington

Please bring a cushion, camping chair or blanket with you so that you can sit comfortably.
Everyone is welcome to join any of these free events – No experience needed!
If it’s raining we can meditate inside the bandstand but in the case of extreme weather we may have to cancel. If so, we will contact you via your registration email address – so please try to register in advance via the links below.
There is free parking on Parkside and Victoria Embankment and other local streets.
