These classes provide a slightly deeper look into the incredible practices in the book Guide to the Bodhisattva's Way of Life.
A Bodhisattva is a friend of the world, someone who dedicates themselves to living a compassionate, meaningful, altruistic way of life.
In each class beautiful mediation practices will be explained for you to take into your daily life to enhance and inspire everything that you do.

Drop in classes, no need to book. Everyone is welcome.

Drop-in meditation classes where everyone is welcome to come along at any time. You do not have to book, just turn up!

Atisha Kadampa Meditation CentreClasses generally consist of a breathing meditation to still the mind, making us more relaxed. Then a teaching giving us practical methods to solve our daily problems, and maintain a happy mind throughout difficult situations. There is then a contemplative meditation on the teaching, deepening our understanding.

There is plenty of time to ask questions and discuss experiences with other class members.

Everyone can benefit from these teachings, taking them on board in what ever way is comfortable for you.

There is no need to book or bring anything, just turn up on the evening, relax, and enjoy the inner peace that meditation brings.
