Classes generally consist of a breathing meditation to still the mind, making us more relaxed. Then a teaching giving us practical methods to solve our daily problems, and maintain a happy mind throughout difficult situations. There is then a contemplative meditation on the teaching, deepening our understanding.

Everyone can benefit from these teachings, taking them on board in what ever way is comfortable for you.

There is no need to book or bring anything and seating is on chairs – just turn up on the evening, relax, and enjoy the inner peace that meditation brings.

Eight Steps to Happiness

How to find a happier way of life by learning to change our perspective, our goals and our actions through meditation. Ideal for all levels of experience.

These classes will be based on the beautiful text The New Eight Steps to Happiness by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche.

Based on the famous Eight Verses of Training the Mind by the great Bodhisattva, Langri Tangpa, this inspiring book reveals essential methods for transforming all life’s difficulties into valuable spiritual insights and for developing universal love and compassion, the source of true happiness for both self and others.
