This is a standing order of £35 per month, for this you get:
- free weekly meditation classes
- free retreats and guided retreat sessions
- free guided chanted meditations and
- free meditation courses
- free for all your children to go to the Children's Class
If you join the Foundation Programme, the in-depth study programme, you automatically become a member.
You can cancel your membership at any time.

Prepaid Cards - 4 classes for the price of 3
You don't need to book or pay in advance for our weekly meditation classes,
but if you would like a Prepaid Card (4 classes for £18) you can buy one at a class
These cards have no time limit, and you can use them at any branch of Atisha Centre.
