Kelsang Dragden

Kelsang Dragden is the Resident Teacher at Atisha Kadampa Buddhist Centre.

Dragden was ordained as a Kadampa Buddhist monk by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso and has been his student for many years.

He has a warm and enthusiastic approach and presents a clear and inspiring explanation of how to put Dharma into practice through his teachings and example.

Dragden teaches the Tuesday evening meditation class in Darlington, the Friday lunchtime meditation class at Atisha Centre, the Middlesbrough evening meditation class, the Durham evening meditation class and the Foundation Programme.

Tuesdays 7.30pm – 9.30pm
