Cost: £5 per class (or 4 classes for £15)

These drop in classes are taught by English Buddhist monk and qualified Kadampa Teacher, Kelsang Dragden. Each class consists of two guided meditations, a talk and discussion. The talk covers the particular topic for the evening, and through guided meditation we gain a deeper personal experience of the topic. This will help us to be more positive and peaceful in our daily lives. Everyone is welcome and can join at any time.

These are all drop-in classes, there is no need to book.

Everyone welcome!

What to expect in a class
Classes begin with a simple guided meditation to reduce stress, tension, and distractions. This is followed by a teaching comprising an explanation of particular Buddhist principles and how to apply them to daily life. This is followed by a second guided meditation on the topic covered in the class. Then there is an opportunity for small group discussion, followed by an opportunity to ask questions.

After the class there is a chance to enjoy some refreshments and discuss more informally with the teacher and other participants. You do not need any previous experience to attend these classes.
