The nearest train station is Darlington. From the train station, cross over the footbridge and carry on straight ahead to Neasham Road. Take the fourth left onto Eastbourne Road. At the very end of Eastbourne Road, on the right, is Milton Street, and Atisha Centre is on the left-hand side. Estimated walking time: 10 minutes.

By bus
From Darlington town centre walk down Tubwell Row, past the church, and over the roundabout past the Civic Theatre. Continue walking under the bridges and past the entrance to the train station, turn right at the roundabout and walk up Neasham Road. Take the fourth left onto Eastbourne Road. At the very end of Eastbourne Road, on the right, is Milton Street, and Atisha Centre is on the left-hand side. Estimated walking time: 20 minutes.
