About the Course

We all get angry sometimes, it leaves us feeling tight, tense and tired. When we do, it is normally because something we don’t want to happen, is happening.

During this course we will learn how to change our mind from negative to positive by using special ways of thinking.

This course is suitable for everyone.


Session 1 10am – 11.15am
Break 11.15am – 11.45pm
Session 2 11.45am – 1.00pm

About the Teacher

Resident Teacher Kelsang DragdenGen Kelsang Dragden is the Resident Teacher at Atisha Kadampa Buddhist Centre, and has been a faithful student of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso for many years. He has been ordained as a monk for over twelve years.

He is highly respected and recognised for his kind, warm, accommodating heart. Dragden teaches profound methods to overcome daily problems, and presents them with a great sense of humour and wisdom.

He has a wealth of teaching experience and brings with him boundless enthusiasm and energy, providing an inspiring example of a modern Buddhist practitioner.
