Who is it suitable for?
This course is suitable for all levels of experience, everyone can benefit.

Everyone knows that meditation is incredibly beneficial. It can reduce health problems, the stress and tension in our mind, it helps with our sleep and has huge benefits for our relationships.

How is the course set out?
Session 1: 10am – 11.15am
Session 2: 11.45am – 1pm

Each session generally includes a breathing meditation at the start to settle and relax the mind. Followed by a teaching There is then a contemplative meditation on the teaching, deepening your understanding.

There will also be time for discussion and question and anwser.
